Maximum performance in plastic material processing thanks to the JQX 5-axis operating unit, which is precisely optimized for plastics. It guarantees total absence of vibrations both during removal operations and during high speed trimming of thermoformed parts.

EVERY SECOND COUNTS
Working cycles on average 9% faster with the 14-station FAST rack magazine inside the mobile cabin. The tools are always available in front of the operating unit for change cycles in less than 15 seconds.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY IN PLASTIC MATERIALS MACHINING
Due to the multi-functional work surface made of extruded aluminium, it is possible to meet all requirements for fixing plastic workpieces: from nesting sheets to fastening templates for thermoformed parts. The worktable ensures maximum reliability and constant performance; it is specially designed to maintain perfect planarity over time, even after repeated stress.

MINIMUM ENCUMBRANCE AND ACCESS TO THE WORK TABLE FROM ALL SIDES OF THE MACHINE
Thanks to the “pro-space” protections the loading area is absolutely unobstructed in order to minimize the space occupied.
The absence of perimeter protections allows access to the worktable from all sides of the machining centre with an average saving of 15% of occupied room in the workshop.
